Our status page shows outages (problems) and maintenance (planned work) that happen on our network and systems and also that of our partners networks and systems. We try to ensure this site is updated as soon as possible with incidents as they happen.

Spotted a Major Service Outage?
A Major Service Outage disrupts the service of multiple customers simultaneously. If you believe that an issue affects multiple customers, and is not mentioned here already, phone the number above, and select option 1 or email us support@kloud9.co.uk.
Regular Maintenance:
We do our best to do any work in the evenings from 10pm, any work that can impact service will be raised here, and we try to give 7 days notice before work. (We can also do emergency work that will be posted here).
